On International Women’s Day, the Dean of Research and the Office of Careers (ECar) promoted an event dedicated to discussing women’s careers in science and to honor researchers from the University of São Paulo.
The virtual event ‘Women in Science’ presented the delivery of the Women in Science Award – Highlights 2020, to the ten researchers from USP who stood out last year with works related to combating the Covid-19 pandemic. Prof. Ester Sabino is one of ten researchers from USP who stood out for their studies related to combating COVID-19. The awards were broadcast live on March 8 on the USP Channel on YouTube.
